Olymp Trade is a trading platform at olymptrade.com, online since 2014. Its footer names two operating companies: Aollikus Limited, a licensed financial dealer with company number 40131 in Port Vila, Vanuatu, and Saledo Global LLC, registration number 227 LLC 2019 in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which handles digital-asset accounts. Two more companies, VISEPOINT LIMITED in Malta and MARTIQUE LIMITED in Cyprus, are listed as providing content and operational management. The minimum deposit is 10 USD, a trade starts at 1 USD, and the payout on a winning Fixed Time trade is capped between 85 and 95 per cent depending on your account status. The company’s own agreement puts every dispute under the law and the courts of its country of registration. Everything below is quoted from those documents, with the date we read them: 29 August 2026.

The companies
What Olymp Trade is and who operates it
Olymp Trade is one account with four trading modes inside it: Fixed Time, Flex, Forex and Stocks, plus a fifth product called Quickler that sits in the footer. The storefront runs in 15 languages, from English and Hindi to Indonesian and Urdu, and the brand also lives on mirror domains such as olymptrade-ae.com and olymptrade-atr.com.
The name on the screen is not the name on the contract. The Service Agreement and the footer put Aollikus Limited, company number 40131, in front of most clients. Clients who trade or hold digital assets deal with Saledo Global LLC, registration number 227 LLC 2019. VISEPOINT LIMITED in Malta (C 94716) and MARTIQUE LIMITED in Cyprus (HE 43318) “provide content and perform operational management of the business”.
That is four legal names in a single footer line, across four jurisdictions. A fifth appears in the App Store: the iOS app is published by SMARTEX INTERNATIONAL LTD., a company mentioned nowhere in the footer or the agreement. None of this is hidden, but it is worth reading before you register rather than after a dispute. We go through which of these names can be checked, and how, on the real or fake page.

The licence
What the Vanuatu licence covers — and what it does not
The platform’s Regulation page calls Olymp Trade “a licensed and regulated broker by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission”. It also names the Financial Markets Association in Vanuatu as a self-regulatory body for holders of the Vanuatu dealer licence, and lists Financial Commission membership since 22 February 2016.
In practice this means supervision happens where the company is registered, not where the client lives. An Indian client is served under Vanuatu rules, and clause 6 of the agreement sends any dispute to the courts of the company’s country.
Clause 11.1 adds a detail most reviews skip. It lists the countries where the company does not provide services, and that list includes the Republic of Vanuatu and St. Vincent and the Grenadines themselves. A resident of the licensing country cannot become a client. India is not on the list, and no Indian regulator appears in any company document. What that means for an Indian user is covered on the India page; the protections behind the licence are on is it safe.

The product
Four trading modes in one account
- Fixed TimeYou pick a duration from 5 seconds to a month; the maximum payout is shown before you open.
- FlexA trade you can close at any moment instead of waiting for expiry.
- ForexThe classic currency mode, offered alongside the other three.
- StocksShare trading, described by the platform as commission-free.
Quickler is listed separately in the footer. According to the FAQ on the Assets page, the instruments fall into seven classes: currencies, stocks, metals, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and ETFs. The terminal itself is a candlestick chart with an asset selector, an amount panel, an expiry field, a payout percentage, Up and Down buttons, a Demo/Real switch, trade history and Stop Loss / Take Profit for the modes that use them.
How many assets are there? The storefront answers four ways: “190+ assets in three trading modes” in the menu, “over 190” in the Assets FAQ, “over 250” on the India page and “Over 100 trading instruments” on the home page, while the iOS description says “over 80”. We record the gap as a fact rather than pick a favourite.
The arithmetic
What a winning trade actually pays
Clause 4.2 of the Trading Transactions Policy gives the formula: income equals S × (100 + K) / 100, where S is the trade amount and K is a dynamic profitability ratio in per cent. K runs from −100 to 100 and can never exceed the maximum shown before you open the trade. It is positive when the asset moves your way, negative when it does not, and zero if the price does not change.
The cap depends on status: up to 85% on Basic, 89% on Smart (two assets), 93% on Pro (six assets) and 95% on Elite (ten assets). Since a wrong call loses the whole stake, the share of winning trades you need just to break even is 1 / (1 + payout): 54.1% at 85%, 52.6% at 90% and 51.3% at 95%.
Clause 2.10 says where winnings come from: the company’s own “guaranteed (compensatory, special) fund”, formed at its own expense. Clause 2.3 confirms there is no leverage. The full arithmetic is on the risk page.

Deposits and withdrawals
Money in and money out
A live account opens from 10 USD or EUR, and a single trade starts at 1 USD. Withdrawals start at 10 USD or the local equivalent, including Indian rupees. For India the storefront names UPI, Neteller and Skrill.
Withdrawals are described as free, with three exceptions the platform lists itself: the network fee on USDT withdrawals, a commission on any withdrawal in cryptocurrency, and a fee for “non-trading activity”, meaning deposits and withdrawals without trading or the use of several accounts. On timing, the platform states that about 70% of withdrawals are processed within an hour and 25% within 24 hours.
One rule matters more than any fee. Clause 2.32 allows one account per person, and a breach lets the company block operations “without paying out the funds”. Limits, documents and delays are on the withdrawal page.

The stores
Reputation in numbers, not adjectives
Two app stores can be checked by anyone in a minute. On Google Play, “Olymptrade – Trading online” (package com.ticno.olymptrade) shows more than 100 million downloads and a rating of 3.5 from about 1.01 million reviews, last updated on 12 August 2026. Its listing text says financial services are provided by Aollikus Limited.
On the App Store, “Olymptrade - Online Trading” has a rating of 3.06 from 3,972 ratings, first released on 29 February 2016, with an age rating of 17+. Google Play rates the same product 3+.
The gap between the two ratings, and between 3+ and 17+ for the same app, says more than any testimonial. Both figures were read on 29 August 2026.

Questions
FAQ
Who owns Olymp Trade?
The footer of olymptrade.com names Aollikus Limited, a licensed financial dealer with company number 40131, registered at 1276 Govant Building, Kumul Highway, Port Vila, Vanuatu, as the provider of services. Digital-asset accounts are served by Saledo Global LLC, registration number 227 LLC 2019, in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Two partner companies, VISEPOINT LIMITED in Malta and MARTIQUE LIMITED in Cyprus, are named for content and operational management.
Is Olymp Trade regulated?
The platform states it is licensed and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission, and it has been a member of the Financial Commission since 22 February 2016. The Financial Commission is a private industry dispute-resolution body operated by FINACOM PLC LTD in Hong Kong, not a state regulator; no Indian, EU or UK authority appears anywhere in the company’s documents.
How much does a winning trade pay?
Clause 4.2 of the Trading Transactions Policy gives the formula S × (100 + K) / 100, where S is your trade amount and K is a dynamic profitability ratio shown before you open the trade and capped by your account status: 85 per cent on Basic, 89 on Smart, 93 on Pro and 95 on Elite. A losing trade returns nothing, so the break-even strike rate at an 85 per cent payout is 54.1 per cent.
What is the minimum to start?
Ten US dollars or euros to fund a live account, with individual trades starting at one dollar. The demo account is credited with 10,000 refillable units and needs no deposit. The minimum withdrawal also starts at 10 USD or the local equivalent, including Indian rupees.
Can I have two accounts?
No. Clause 2.32 of the Service Agreement states the client is entitled to only one account, and that in case of a breach the company may refuse further service, terminate the agreement and block trading “without explaining its reasons and without paying out the funds”. The platform also lists a fee for non-trading activity where multiple accounts are used.
Verdict
What can be checked, and what cannot
The company names, registration numbers, the payout formula, the status caps and both app-store ratings can all be verified in the documents and the stores today. User counts, country reach and “insured deposits” remain the company’s own statements. By the formal criteria, the platform suits an adult who lives outside the clause 11.1 list and can afford to lose the whole deposit.
